The location of the hotel is beautiful with an amazing backdrop of mountains, according to On the Beach. the outdoor seating attached to the main restaurant was lovely, and there are plenty of food choices. the all-inclusive drinks selection is very nice, especially after 19:00.
The accommodation may not be worth the 5-star rating, according to a review.

The selection of food was decent and well, prepared. the location was very convenient, with a beach that was easily accessible and plenty of nearby shops and restaurants. the room had a nice view and comfortable beds.
There were several negatives that detracted from our experience. the room was not thoroughly cleaned and we found bugs and mold.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel with its exclusive amenities that fulfilled our needs. the Spa & wellness centre provided a wide range of services including a full body massage and facial. the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the location. the hotel's location advantages were stunning with beautiful views of the mountains and the sea.
The live entertainment offered was not up to the mark, as the Karaoke was not to our liking.

The hotel was great for a romantic escape. The rooms were clean and comfortable with nice amenities. The food was varied and tasty, with lots of options available. There were a few activities to choose from and the staff were generally helpful.
The hotel was quite isolated, so getting around was a bit of a challenge. , some of the staff were difficult to communicate with, especially if you didn't speak French.

On my recent stay at this hotel, I was amazed at how beautiful everything was - from the surroundings to the all-inclusive restaurant and perfect beach. The hotel facilities were top-notch with plenty of options for entertainment including mini-golf, escape room, and swimming pools. Additionally, the staff was always friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the delicious breakfast they served.
For us, it was ideal.

The staff was helpful and friendly. Beautiful surroundings with a Christmas village feel. Good prices at the bar. Delicious food at the food hall. Comfortable rooms with perfect temperature. Good facilities for families. Great breakfast and dinner choices. Plenty of activities for kids.
Nothing to dislike.
